At Holland Cooper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Holland Cooper signature tags and labels remain attached to maintain eligibility for a refund.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery information.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage; your refund will be processed within 5-10 working days of the items reaching our warehouse.
